These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Global Feeder Services Holding, LLC, operating under the Global Feeder Services brand and referred to in these Terms as “Global Feeder Services,” “GFS,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
These Terms govern your access to and use of:
- global-feeder.com;
- our online forms;
- quote and booking request features;
- cargo tracking and e-services;
- communication features;
- our text messaging program; and
- other websites, tools, products, or services that link to these Terms.
These websites, tools, features, and related services are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By accessing or using the Services, submitting information through our website, requesting a quote or booking, or otherwise interacting with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
These Terms govern the website and related communication Services. A quotation, booking confirmation, air waybill, transportation agreement, carrier tariff, service agreement, or other transaction-specific document may contain additional terms. If a transaction-specific document conflicts with these Terms, the transaction-specific document will control for that transaction.

- if you use the Services on behalf of a business or other organization, you are authorized to act for and bind that organization.

4. Description of the Services
GFS provides information and assistance relating to air cargo transportation and logistics services.
Through the Services, you may be able to:
- review information about scheduled air cargo services;
- request charter, part-charter, or sub-charter services;
- review interline freight options;
- request freight rates or quotations;

Information made available through the Services is provided for general informational purposes.
Submitting a form, requesting a quote, requesting a booking, or communicating with us does not by itself create a binding transportation, agency, carrier, partnership, fiduciary, or other contractual relationship.
A binding service relationship is created only when GFS or the applicable service provider expressly accepts the transaction through a booking confirmation, air waybill, service agreement, or other written confirmation.
5. Quotes, bookings, and service transactions
5.1 Quote requests
A quote request is an invitation for GFS to provide pricing and availability information. It is not a confirmed booking or guarantee of service.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations may be subject to:
- carrier and aircraft availability;
- route and schedule availability;
- cargo type;
- actual weight and dimensions;
- chargeable weight;
- origin and destination;
- handling requirements;
- fuel and security surcharges;
- airport, customs, storage, screening, and governmental fees;
- currency fluctuations;
- dangerous goods requirements;
- taxes and duties;
- third-party charges; and
- other circumstances affecting the requested service.
A quotation may expire on the date stated in the quotation. If no expiration date is stated, GFS may revise or withdraw the quotation before the booking is confirmed.
5.2 Booking requests
A booking request is not accepted until GFS or the applicable carrier or service provider issues a written booking confirmation.
Availability displayed through a website, booking system, email, or other communication channel may change before confirmation.
A confirmed booking may be subject to:
- the applicable air waybill;
- carrier terms and tariffs;
- route and aircraft restrictions;
- cargo acceptance requirements;
- screening and security requirements;
- customs and regulatory requirements;
- payment terms;
- cancellation terms;
- dimensional and weight limitations; and
- other transaction-specific conditions.
5.3 Changes and cancellations
Changes or cancellations may be subject to availability, carrier approval, fees, penalties, and transaction-specific terms.
Requests to change or cancel a booking are not effective until confirmed in writing by GFS or the applicable service provider.
5.4 Transaction documents
Transportation and logistics services may be governed by separate documents, including:
- quotations;
- booking confirmations;
- air waybills;
- bills of lading;
- carrier tariffs;
- conditions of carriage;
- service agreements;
- credit agreements;
- invoices;
- rate sheets; and
- customs or regulatory documents.
These documents may contain additional limitations, responsibilities, claim procedures, and deadlines.
Claims relating to cargo loss, damage, delay, shortage, transportation, or delivery will be governed by the applicable transportation documents, carrier terms, international conventions, and laws rather than solely by these website Terms.
6. Information and materials you provide
You may provide information through forms, quote requests, booking requests, emails, telephone calls, text messages, tracking tools, documents, or other communication channels.
You represent and warrant that the information and materials you provide:
- are accurate, complete, and current;
- relate to a legitimate business or shipping purpose;
- do not violate applicable law;
- do not infringe the rights of another person or organization;
- do not contain malicious code or harmful technology;
- are not fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful; and
- may lawfully be disclosed to GFS and the parties involved in the requested service.
You are responsible for providing accurate information concerning:
- cargo description;
- commodity type;
- number of pieces;
- weight and dimensions;
- origin and destination;
- shipper and consignee;
- value, when required;
- handling requirements;
- temperature requirements;
- dangerous goods classification;
- permits and licenses;
- customs information;
- security information; and
- other information reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
GFS may rely on the information you provide when preparing a quotation, evaluating cargo, arranging transportation, or providing Services.
You must promptly notify us if previously submitted information becomes inaccurate or incomplete.
7. Cargo acceptance and restricted goods
Cargo acceptance is subject to applicable law, carrier approval, aircraft limitations, route restrictions, safety requirements, security requirements, and operational availability.
GFS and participating carriers may refuse, restrict, inspect, hold, return, or require additional documentation for cargo that:
- is incorrectly described;
- exceeds applicable weight or dimensional restrictions;
- is inadequately packed or labeled;
- presents a health, safety, security, or operational risk;
- is prohibited or restricted by law;
- requires permits or approvals that have not been provided;
- contains dangerous or hazardous materials;
- is subject to sanctions or trade restrictions;
- cannot be safely transported on the proposed route or aircraft; or
- does not satisfy carrier or governmental requirements.
You must not tender dangerous goods, hazardous materials, radioactive materials, explosives, weapons, controlled substances, live animals, perishable goods, valuable cargo, human remains, or other specially regulated cargo without prior disclosure and written approval.
You are responsible for ensuring that regulated cargo is properly:
- classified;
- declared;
- documented;
- packaged;
- marked;
- labeled;
- handled; and
- tendered by trained and authorized personnel.
Acceptance of information through a website form does not constitute acceptance of the cargo.
8. Third-party carriers and service providers
GFS may work with airlines, air cargo carriers, general sales agents, interline partners, freight forwarders, ground handlers, trucking providers, warehouses, customs brokers, booking platforms, tracking platforms, and other independent parties.
A third party may provide some or all of a requested transportation or logistics service.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement:
- third parties are independent entities;
- GFS does not control every action or omission of a third party;
- third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies;
- schedules and availability may be changed by third parties;
- third parties are responsible for the services they directly provide; and
- links or access to a third-party service do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.
You should review the applicable carrier, booking platform, tracking platform, and service provider terms before using a third-party service.
9. Cargo tracking and e-services
Cargo tracking, booking, carbon calculation, claims, and other electronic tools may be operated by GFS or by a third party.
Tracking information may be based on information received from carriers, airports, handlers, agents, systems, or other parties.
Tracking data is provided for convenience and may be:
- delayed;
- incomplete;
- temporarily unavailable;
- affected by system or network errors; or
- different from the cargo’s actual physical status.
Tracking information does not replace official transportation documents or direct confirmation from the applicable carrier or service provider.
Estimated schedules, arrival times, departure times, delivery times, and status updates are not guarantees.
Third-party e-booking, tracking, carbon calculation, or claims tools may be governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policy.
10. Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and their content are owned by or licensed to GFS.
The Services may include:

- other content.
This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and unfair competition laws.

You may not, without prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit material portions of the Services;
- modify or create derivative works from our content;
- remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- use our name, trademarks, logos, or branding in a misleading manner;

- use automated tools to collect or extract website content;
- reverse engineer software used through the Services, except where legally permitted; or
- use our content to develop or promote a competing service.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
11. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Services to:
- violate applicable law or regulation;
- engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- submit false or unauthorized information;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
- introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code;
- gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, or data;
- collect personal information without authorization;

GFS may restrict or terminate access if it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and otherwise process personal information, including information collected through website forms and our text messaging program.
Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information or enrolling in communications.
13. SMS and text messaging terms
13.1 Program name and description
Global Feeder Services Holding, LLC operates the Global Feeder Services text messaging program.
Individuals who separately and expressly opt in may receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from Global Feeder Services.
Depending on the consent provided and the recipient’s relationship with GFS, messages may include:
- responses to inquiries;
- quote and booking follow-ups;
- booking confirmations;
- flight availability and schedule information;
- shipment and cargo updates;
- operational and service notices;
- customer support communications;
- commercial or charter availability;
- rate and price information;
- company news;
- event information; and
- marketing and promotional offers.
Marketing and promotional text messages will be sent only when the recipient has separately and expressly consented to receive them.
13.2 Enrollment and consent
You may enroll in informational SMS messages through a contact, quote, booking, or service request form on global-feeder.com by affirmatively selecting the informational SMS consent checkbox.
You may enroll in marketing and promotional SMS messages through the separate SMS marketing subscription form on global-feeder.com by affirmatively selecting the marketing SMS consent checkbox.
All SMS consent checkboxes are unchecked by default.
Informational SMS consent and marketing SMS consent are collected separately. Consent to one category of messages does not constitute consent to the other category.
Submitting a form or providing a mobile phone number without selecting an SMS consent checkbox does not enroll you in a recurring SMS messaging program.
By selecting the applicable checkbox and submitting the form, you authorize Global Feeder Services to send recurring text messages of the category described in that checkbox to the mobile number you provided.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Your consent applies only to Global Feeder Services and the messaging program for which you enrolled. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving goods or services.
Consent to receive a response to an inquiry or a transactional, booking, shipment, support, or service-related message does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages.
General acceptance of these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
By enrolling, you represent that:
- you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided;
- you are authorized to consent to receiving messages at that number;
- the mobile number is accurate; and
- you will update your communication preferences if the number changes or is reassigned.
13.3 Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with GFS and the types of communications you requested.
13.4 Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier’s messaging, data, and other charges may apply to messages sent or received as part of the program.
GFS does not charge a separate fee for participation in the text messaging program, but your carrier may charge you according to your mobile service plan.
13.5 Opting out
You may revoke your consent and opt out at any time by replying STOP.
You may also use other words or phrases that reasonably communicate your desire to stop receiving messages, including:
- QUIT;
- END;
- REVOKE;
- OPT OUT;
- CANCEL; or
- UNSUBSCRIBE.
You may also submit an opt-out request by contacting us at:
Email: info@global-feeder.com
Phone: +1 (954) 809-3799
We will honor reasonable opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law.
After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one non-promotional message confirming that your request has been processed.
Unless you subsequently provide new consent, no further messages covered by the revoked consent will be sent.
13.6 Help and customer support
For assistance, reply HELP to any message.
You may also contact us at:
Email: info@global-feeder.com
Phone: +1 (954) 809-3799
GFS may respond with information about the messaging program, message frequency, support options, and opt-out instructions.
13.7 Mobile carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks, telecommunications systems, messaging providers, and supported devices.
Delivery of every message is not guaranteed.
The text messaging program may not be available through every carrier or on every device.
13.8 Mobile information and consent data
GFS does not sell, rent, transfer, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties, affiliates, lead generators, advertisers, or other organizations for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be disclosed only to service providers that support the delivery, administration, security, and operation of the text messaging program, including telecommunications carriers and messaging platform providers.
These providers may process mobile information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf and may not use the information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent provided to Global Feeder Services is not transferable to another business, affiliate, partner, advertiser, lead generator, or organization.
Additional information about our handling of personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.
13.9 Changes to or termination of the messaging program
GFS may modify, suspend, or discontinue the text messaging program at any time.
GFS may also change the telephone number used to operate the program.
Changes to the program do not remove your right to opt out.
If the sending number changes, GFS may provide notice through the current messaging program or another appropriate communication channel.
14. Email and other electronic communications
By using the website, submitting a form, sending an email, or otherwise communicating electronically, you agree that GFS may respond electronically.
Electronic communications may include:
- responses to inquiries;
- quotation and booking communications;
- shipment and operational updates;
- customer support communications;
- administrative notices;
- legally required disclosures; and
- marketing communications when permitted by law.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in an email or by contacting us.
After unsubscribing from marketing emails, you may continue to receive non-promotional communications relating to active inquiries, quotes, bookings, shipments, customer support, security, legal requirements, or an existing business relationship.
Opting out of email marketing does not automatically opt you out of text messaging. Communication preferences must be managed separately for each channel.
15. Service availability and modifications
GFS does not guarantee that the website, online tools, or Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, or error-free.
The Services may be interrupted because of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- system problems;
- internet or telecommunications outages;
- carrier or third-party platform failures;
- cybersecurity incidents;
- operational events;
- government restrictions;
- weather conditions;
- airport or transportation disruptions; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
GFS may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the online Services at any time.
This section does not modify obligations contained in an accepted quotation, booking confirmation, air waybill, or separate written agreement.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and online Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
GFS disclaims warranties relating to the website and online Services, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of:
- merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- title;
- non-infringement;
- accuracy;
- reliability; and
- availability.
GFS does not warrant that:
- the website or online Services will meet every requirement;
- access will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- every defect will be corrected;
- information will always be accurate or current;
- tracking data will always reflect real-time cargo status;
- booking or carrier availability will remain unchanged;
- the Services will be free from harmful components; or
- use of the Services will produce a specific commercial or transportation result.
Transportation services may be subject to separate warranties, disclaimers, and conditions contained in transaction-specific documents.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GFS and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents will not be liable under these website Terms for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the website or online Services.
This includes damages relating to:
- loss of profits;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of business opportunity;
- loss of data;
- loss of goodwill;
- business interruption;
- reliance on website content;
- unavailable online tools; or
- temporary errors in online tracking information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GFS’s total aggregate liability arising solely from the website or online Services will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid directly to GFS for the specific online Service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event; or
- one hundred United States dollars.
These limitations do not replace or alter liability provisions applicable to transportation services under an air waybill, booking confirmation, carrier tariff, service agreement, applicable international convention, or other transaction-specific document.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GFS and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:
- your unlawful use of the Services;
- your material violation of these Terms;
- false, inaccurate, or incomplete information you provide;
- cargo that is incorrectly declared, packaged, labeled, documented, or described;
- your violation of customs, sanctions, export control, safety, transportation, or dangerous goods requirements;
- your infringement of another person’s rights;
- fraud, willful misconduct, or unlawful conduct by you; or
- materials you submit through the Services.
GFS reserves the right to control the defense of a matter subject to indemnification. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation.
This section does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.
19. Trade, sanctions, and regulatory compliance
You must use the Services in compliance with applicable:
- customs laws;
- export and import controls;
- economic sanctions;
- trade restrictions;
- aviation regulations;
- transportation regulations;
- dangerous goods regulations;
- anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws;
- security requirements; and
- other governmental requirements.
You must not use the Services to arrange or facilitate a transaction involving a prohibited country, territory, person, organization, commodity, end user, or end use.
GFS may request documents or information reasonably necessary to verify compliance.
GFS may refuse, suspend, cancel, or report a transaction when required by law or when it reasonably believes that the transaction may violate legal, regulatory, safety, security, sanctions, or trade requirements.
20. Suspension and termination
GFS may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your use presents a security, safety, operational, or legal risk;
- fraud or unlawful activity is suspected;
- your use may harm GFS or another party;
- you fail to provide required information;
- continued access is not commercially reasonable; or
- the applicable Service is discontinued.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
Termination of website access does not automatically terminate an accepted booking, air waybill, or separate written agreement unless the applicable document provides otherwise.
21. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory rights or procedures that cannot be waived under applicable law, any legal action arising solely from these Terms or the website Services must be brought in a state or federal court located in Broward County, Florida.
You and GFS consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing legal action, the parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
A party seeking informal resolution should provide written notice describing the dispute and the requested resolution. The parties will have at least 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt to resolve the matter, unless immediate legal relief is reasonably necessary.
Claims concerning cargo transportation may be subject to different laws, jurisdictions, conventions, forums, and claim procedures under the applicable transportation documents.
These Terms do not require binding arbitration.
22. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If the provision cannot be enforced, it will be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
23. No waiver
GFS’s failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
A waiver is effective only if it is in writing and authorized by GFS.
24. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from GFS.
GFS may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or other lawful business transaction.
Any assignment remains subject to applicable privacy and SMS consent restrictions.
SMS consent and mobile opt-in data will not be transferred for the marketing or promotional purposes of another business.
25. Entire agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable transaction-specific documents constitute the entire agreement concerning the matters they address.
For transportation or logistics services, an accepted quotation, booking confirmation, air waybill, carrier tariff, service agreement, or other transaction-specific document may supplement or replace portions of these Terms.
26. Changes to these Terms
GFS may update these Terms to reflect changes in:
- the Services;
- business practices;
- technology;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- telecommunications requirements;
- carrier or transportation requirements; or
- other relevant circumstances.
The updated version will be identified by the “Last updated” date at the beginning of these Terms.
Unless another effective date is stated, updated Terms become effective when posted.
If required by law, GFS may provide additional notice of material changes.
Changes to these Terms do not replace any separate consent required for marketing or promotional text messages.
