Silk Way West’s online booking feature enables forwarders and sales agents to send cargo inquiries directly to the airline through the website and receive a booking confirmation with flight data by email. Alternatively, customers who are subscribers to WebCargo will also find full access to 7L’s flight and e-booking capabilities. The new enhanced tracking service with integrated CO2 emission calculator offers real-time status tracking through the website, which calculates carbon emissions generated from shipments based on cargo weight. Finally, in the event something goes awry, Silk Way West has added the capability of filing an e-Claim through their website. These new features demonstrate our companies’ drive to improve the customer experience by digitalizing services, achieving a carbon neutral footprint, and providing top-tier customer service.

- e-Booking by Nexus
- Quickly book your shipment using Nexus on the Silk Way West site
- Shipments can be up to 1,000 kg with max per piece max dimensions of 120” (L) x 90” (W) x 62” (H)
- e-Booking using your WebCargo Portal
- Use your company’s WebCargo Portal to book your shipment. If you do not see 7L available to you, be sure to contact us and we will be happy to get your IATA number activated in WebCargo.

- Calculate CO2 Footprint
- Knowing your shipment’s carbon footprint is quickly becoming an important factor in choosing an airline. The CO2 Calculator will assist you in calculating the numbers based on your shipment’s weight and either an automatic route or a custom route.
- Track your shipment
- Using either the GFS or Silk Way West tracking system, we can easily provide your shipment’s current status.
- File an e-Claim
- In the unfortunate event that a shipment encounters problems, by using Silk Way West’s e-Claim service you are just a few clicks away from letting us make it right.
